RentPayment.com, Pay Rent & HOA Fees With a Credit or Debit Card

RentPayment.com is yet another service that lets you pay your rent or HOA dues using a credit or debit card. They are a bit different though, as they don’t produce an actual check that’s mailed to your landlord, but the payment is sent directly to their account, because landlords and property owners are required to sign up as well. There is fees, and the amount is not stated on their page. It varies on the amount of rent that you are paying, but most likely a 2% cash back card with cover them. If you’re lucky, your property management will absorb the some or all of the fee, so just sign up and check for yourself.
