You can use Capital One Shopping in your browser, or through the app and is available to Capital One and non-Capital One card customers.

Capital One Shopping is now offering increased cash back rates for Giftcards.com. You can earn as much as 8% back for purchasing gift cards. The best rate seems to show through the app. In your browser you will most likely see only 4% cash back.
