This bonus was received by mail, and it is a targeted offer, only for those who have never had an account in the past. However, the link where you need to apply doesn’t require a promo code. Personally I would skip it, unless I was targeted.
We also don’t which iPad you will receive but most likley it will be the cheapest version, which is still about $300 worth.
