Amex MR Adds Etihad As Transfer Partner

American Express has added Etihad Guest as a travel partner to the Membership Rewards program. You can already exchange your Membership Rewards points for Etihad Guest Miles and the rate they’re offering is pretty decent at 1:1.

Etihad has some of the best first class and business class accommodations in the industry and until recently they had great redemptions on ANA.

This is not a game changer announcement, but such additions are always good news, as they give you more options to maximize your miles and points. It had been a while since Amex added a travel partner.
