The “Pay Over Time” program is available for American Express charge cards and it basically makes them credit cards, as you don’t have to pay in full by your due date. DON’T DO THIS. Always pay your credit card balances in full. But it is an option that you can sign up for, without having to actually use it. Wait for a bonus to sign up.
